Enquiries are not orders

Sending a form does not create a purchase. Product availability, final price, delivery and any personalisation must be confirmed directly.

Small variations in colour, pattern and finish are natural features of handmade craft products and will be discussed where relevant.

Prices shown are guide prices only. The final price is confirmed before an order is agreed, particularly for custom requests.

Personalised or made-to-request items begin only after the design, price and timescale have been agreed with you.

Any return arrangements and your statutory rights will be explained when an order is agreed. Contact Phoebe promptly if an item arrives damaged.
